I drove on the highway two days ago! woo hoo! I drove all the way to Sea World. At first I didn't want to, because I thought I'd get everyone in the car killed. But I did finally give in; and I didn't get into an accident. yeehaw. I think I'm starting to enjoy driving. Can't wait to get my driver's license!!
whew, I'm so tired. I just finished playing vball and tennis ball. Maybe I'll go jogging soon too. Or not. Too lazy. Wish me luck for tmr (school). I hope I have fun people in my classes...

just wrote something else tonight; but this time it's a prose. i've wanted to write this for a while already (like months), but i never got around doing it. now i'm just glad i've accomplished at doing it at all, and expressing myself. never mind the quality. wah, i'm just on a roll here, huh? maybe tommorrow i'll finish one of the four poems i sort of started writing months ago. *shrug* who knows?

wow...I finally wrote another poem; after like, what, over 3 months?
Frankly, I'm too afraid to reread it, 'cause I know I'll start seeing too many faults. Let's just all pretend that was a good poem.

On the other hand, I got to have another sleepover with Chunzi last night. Stayed up talking till 5am. kekeke...We painted our nails. Now I have lavender fingernails, and dark purple toenails, with white flowers. =D aahhh...the joy of being a girl. haha.
I also got to listen to Jay's new CD. God, I love it. It's SOOOO good!! His style has changed a lot. Less piano parts and more guitar. A lot of his songs are much deeper too. I don't know about the lyrics, though, because he doesn't write most of them. Just the tune...more mature and more beautiful. Plus I love the way he combines different types of music like traditional chinese and opera.
Anywho, my point is: I FUCKING LOVE JAY CHOU!!! He's DA MAN. no. He's MY man. =D

I have, apparently, made aquaintance with a VERY hungry mosquito two nights ago. He was also, apparently, very much inlove with my arm, because he "bit" me 5 times on my upper arm at approximately the same spot. Now it's fucking itching like crazy. I hate him. BAAAH. HAMBUG!! I woke up today at 3am because it was so itchy/hurting like a SOB.

after staying up 'till 3am this morning, and another 2 hours of reading today, i am proudly announcing that i have finished harry potter. i have to admit, J.K. Rowling is truly ingenious. i found my heart pumping and my eyes skimming as fast as possible over the words during the most suspenseful times. the first half of the book was a little dull, but the rest was really great.

now...the only problem is...i had only 4 hours of sleep. i'm taking my last SAT diagnostic test today, and i was sort of hoping of doing all right........oh well....

just came back from a run. holy FUCK am i ever out of shape. all i did is run up that hill (the HUGE one about .5 miles from carmel creek elementary school). btw, if i'm making a lot of typos, forgive me. i'm not wearing my glasses right now, so i can't see a single thing/letter. anywho, i was so tired after that hill, i just ran straight home. now i'm sweating like...something that's sweating. and i just took a shower this morning too...
i'm more than half way through my hist already!! woo-hoo!! BUT i gotta finish the reading + the research paper before the 23rd, cz of the DC trip. pooey. oh well. i'll just pull a couple of all nighters. ^^^ (how sad...allnighters during the SUMMER...).

i went shopping today for like the first time in...forever? i bought my b-day presents^^^ funny though, i went to UTC to get the sweat pants that annie had (and i really liked), and i tried on SOOO many; but all tries were futile. instead i ended up buying a black tank-top and a pair of brownish pants (it's really nice, but too long. So I have to wear high heels with it > <).
as for nerdiness this summer, if i were to rate it from 0-10, i'd give myself an 8. SAT I studying, SAT II studying, history hw (half way through!), history research paper (THREE sentences already. THREE!! be proud), and vocab. yup, that's my life.

what I learned this summer:
never, never press that tempting intercom button on the elevator, even if it's not red (like white for instance) because it calls the police. Yea. Learn from my mistakes and don't press it.

burning CD's is such an entertaining process. am i the only one who gets a high on putting in an empty CD, and after ~10min the CD comes out w/great music in it? yeah, maybe it's just me. cz, then again, i do get high on life now and then.

actually, speaking on getting high on life, it's actually a great procedure and very self-cultivating. i call it the ricola effect, because it occurs when i'm sucking on a ricola candy. then add some elva slow songs in there, and VOILA. you're high on life.

i'm sober. i swear!!

P.S. I spent pretty much the entire day watching the Korean drama (translated in chinese of course, so i can understand it!). yes, it's VERY [/too] melodramatic, but who cares? crying buckets is a great catharsis. my point is: if anyone has accomplished alot this summer so far, please inform me. make me feel bad. motivate me to start doing my SAT HW/history hw&project/study for SAT I's and II's. <3 x 3847128947201347298
